  Had the most pleasant experience with Tom and his staff today.  This was my second year having the boat serviced at TNT and I was doing it prior to leaving on a family vacation to the Keys with the boat in tow.  About one week after the initial service I tried starting up the boat to test it the morning before we were leaving.  As luck would have it with boats, I was experiencing some trouble.  Called Tom, he had me bring the boat in right away and they fixed it on the spot. Turns out I had a bad fuel pump.  I was fixed and on my way in about an hour and that wasn't the best part.  Tom comped the part and labor and even apologized for my inconvenience.  You cannot get better customer service than that.  I will be a loyal customer and would highly recommend TNT Boat Repair.

   I have a 1987 23' Pro line that I have restored and " I have truly proven the definition of B.O.A.T ", I'm very knowledgeable of engine mechanics and electronic but having the proper test equipment and knowledge specific makes the difference between backyard mechanics and a certified technician. The Yamaha 220 was rebuilt but there were a couple of bugs, a miss, that other shops had not found the problem. Fishing offshore on a one engine vessel I need top performance and dependability. Tom found the problem quickly with a couple of tests. Un-lucky for me it is the second most expensive part in the electronics of the engine. Tom gave it to me straight... for me it was a costly part, but so had the other costly "not the problem parts" I have already paid for and others to replace them and same problem persisted. She runs like a dream now...confidence in going 25-40 miles offshore is back.  I will always give TNT my business and recommend to ALL that need a PROFESSIONAL Boat technician. Oh and by the way Tom got the part and charged me three hundred less than anything I could fine of the internet...and labor cost was very reasonable they even did a couple of extras "just looking out for me at NO extra cost" Thats the difference of being the owner verses a “ just a eight hour job”, I know I own my communications construction company...  Thanks Tom and Staff of TNT   Bible says in proverbs ' A wise man foresees a problem, he takes action to prevent difficulties, the dullard goes on blindly and suffers the consequences....you boat owners know what that means ....cutting corners to save $$$ = SEA TOW and a bad day...

  Just moved here from Texas and wanted to explore the lakes here in the Orlando area. I found a used boat on Craigslist and went for a test ride with the owner. The 2003 Bayliner was not running right. It turned out the owner had the boat serviced (minimal service just to sell the boat) at TNT. I was able to call TNT Boat Repair before I purchased it and asked them the service they performed on the boat. Tom advised me that the boat is in great condition and it needed a yearly maintenance.
  
  With that advice, I purchased the boat and took it to Tom to do the yearly maintenance. I told him that I did not want to be stuck out in the middle of the lake with my small children. He advised me that he would check everything for me!
  
  We got the boat back a few days ago and I took the boat out for the first time yesterday and it ran perfectly! It started up every time.  Even on a "cold start" we didn't experience any problems!!
  
  TNT Boat Repair is highly recommended. Being a out of state person, it was important to find a reliable, honest, and knowledgeable marine shop. Being a Engineer, I am a firm believer in preventative maintenance. I will bring my boat to TNT Boat Repair every year to do a yearly maintenance!!!

  Coming back from a mini vacation in north Fl. over the 4th of July, we had a little problem. Our trailer's port side wheel bearings went. With still 280 miles to go on a long holiday weekend, sunday afternoon about 5:00. Oh boy, real trouble. We just happened to exit off the exit that TNT is on. 

  I saw the telephone number on the sign. We stayed over night, and the next morning, called about 7:00 a.m. Tom answered and told us to be there at 8:00 and we where. 

  
  

  At 10:00 a.m. we where done and on are way home. Tom & his staff did a great job, at great price. While I was watching the work that was being done on my trailer, one of Tom's customers walked in and stood next to me and said, is that your trailer? I said yes.

  He said your good hands.

  10/7/09 - Once again Tom was able to repair my boat quickly and efficiently.  Tom is a real credit to boat repair.  I have had some bad experiences in the past but every time I have needed things done to my boat, he has responded quickly and is always up front with me.  I appreciate his hard work and skill and do recommend him to anyone needing boat repairs.

  09/13/2009 - 9/11/09  My father (81 years old) and my mom came over to St. Cloud to go fishing with me.  We already had his boat on my boat lift.  His battery was dead, so he bought a new battery on his way over.  When I got home from work, my mom and dad were in the boat trying to get it to start.  I told them I would start dinner so we could go fishing for a few hours before dark.  My mom and dad came in the house.  I gave him the yellow pages.  He called a yamaha repair place in Kissimme.  The guy was very short with him.  While I he was on the phone I remembered TnT, Tom.  Told my dad so I called Tom.  (it's about 5:00 p.m.)  I told Tom that my father had changed out the battery and now the boat would not start.  Tom stayed on the phone with us for about 20 minuets trying to talk us through it.  My dad wanted to bring the boat over to Tom's shop.  He said he would stay open for us.  We then decided to wait until Saturday afternoon.  We went fishing on Friday afternoon and Saturday morning on my brother-in-laws boat.  When we came in on Saturday, we decided to try one more time to fix my dad's motor using the information Tom gave us on Friday.  We were able to fix it.  Later that day, Tom called me to see if we were still coming over with the boat?  I should have called him back.  I thought is was so nice that he went above and beyond trying to help us.  I take my boat to Tom and I would recommend him to all my boat friends.

  08/25/2009 - Tom and the staff at T & T deliver what they say.  I had annual service done on my Yamaha 115 four stroke this week.  I dropped the boat off on Monday morning expecting to need to leave it until next week.  But Tom called on Tuesday morning, as promised, and I picked it up later on Tuesday.  Job completed as well as a computer printout of all the computer diagnostics of the eengine showing everthing within specs.

  Honesty, Integrity, Professional and Extremely knowledgeable........ are exactly what i received on my first trip to TNT with Tom and Chris.  I just purchased my boat and tried to take it out with my son Jack, the boat had been running terrific up to this point.  I was at the dock looking a disappointed 3 1/2 yr. old little boy.  I called Tom at TNT, he said bring it right over......within 45 minutes I was at his shop.  Tom and Chris took about 15 minutes, diagnosed the problem, checked the spark plugs, did a compression test and with a turn of the wrench (literally).  He put the top back on the engine and as he was walking into his shop said "Go out and enjoy that boat"!  NO CHARGE - "just keep me in mind if you need service in the future".  I am happy I made your acquaintance and you have a Loyal Customer for Life!  Thanks, Tom and Chris!

  It's refreshing to find someone who does business like myself.  This business it owned by a person, not a corporation and he will treat you like a person not a dollar sign.  He's very professional and personable.  He was not quick to get me off the phone when I first called him to find out about the service.  He also provided very affordable service in a timely manor when I know it was a busy week for him.  Jet ski has been up and running for 2 month or so now and still running like it was new in 2002.

  I just purchased a boat.  I asked Tom and his crew at TNT to check it over and to get the service up to date.  I  was a first time customer.  The pricing for the work that was done was fair and the work was quality work.  Stopping by the shop you can see that the staff at TNT work hard and stay busy, but when its time for your boat to be worked on they take the time to do the job right and at a reasonable price.  I was also very happy how I was treated, I was also impressed with how clean the shop was and that the staff was willing to help answer questions that I had.  You do not see that kind of service any more.  If you are looking for a good reliable place to have any type of work done on your boat I would highly recommend TNT.  Take a look at the education that Tom has had I think he is well qualified to work on Boats.  Be Safe!

  06/06/2009 - I recently had TNT marine install a second battery on my boat and a switch to change between them.  I run a lot of accessories and I was concerned about running down my cranking battery. They also installed a depth finder on the front of my Key West bay boat.  They did a great job!!! The depth finder works great and I don't have to worry about getting stranded.

Dealing with him is like having a neighbor who is the worlds greatest expert on watercraft. Not only will he explain what he is doing he will point out all the things that you can do to better preserve your investment.
  
  I took one of my Jetski's to Tom and in an amazing turn around he returned it to me in a like new condition. The very night I dropped off the ski my truck had been in an accident. When I told him I wasn't able to pick up the ski's, he cared so much about his work and customers that he told me not to worry about picking them up and even delivered them to my house.
  
  That weekend we took out our polaris and was so amazed at how well it was running. It completely blew away how our seadoo was runnning. within a few hours on the water we knew exactly what we needed to do. We took in our Seadoo that monday morning and asked Tom to work his magic again on this one.
